"Dorothy Mary, Twin child of James Albert Dalton, Printer, of the Town of Richmond P.Q. by his wife Ada M. Jones, was born on the sixth day of June A.D. 1892. She was baptized (illegible) the same day at (illegible). By me, James Hepburn, Priest"
The following is scratched out, with the notation "Erased by Rev. J. Hepburn": "On account of extreme weakness she was baptized at once by her grandmother, Mrs. W. E. Jones, of Richmond, P.Q. I certify that the baptism was validly done."

"Dorothy Mary, Twin child of James Albert Dalton, Printer, of the Town of Richmond P.Q. by his wife Ada M. Jones, died after a week's weakness & suffering, and was buried in the Cemetery of St. Anne's Church, Richmond, on the Fourteenth day of June A.D. 1892. By me, James Hepburn, Priest"
There is further text, scratched out with the notation "Erased by Rev. J. Hepburn", in which he apparently confused Dorothy's death with her twin brother's on the day of their birth.
