Chamberlain was born on 14 October 1863 in Massachusetts,¹⁰ died on 17 September 1924 in Clontarf, Swift, Minnesota ¹¹ and was buried on 20 September 1924 in Clontarf, Swift, Minnesota ¹¹.) The cause of his death was heart failure (presumed).⁴
