Abby married Peter Provost, son of Hypolite Provost and Margaret Brunelle, on 21 July 1872 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts.¹ The marriage ended in divorce. (Peter Provost was born in April 1854 in St. Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota Territory ^{2 3}.)
