Cecilia married Joseph La Mere, son of Joseph Lemier and Theotiste Richard, on 27 November 1863 in St. Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota.1 (Joseph La Mere was born on 15 August 1839 in Nicolet, Quebec, Canada,10 11 died on 6 October 1921 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota 10 and was buried on 8 October 1921 in St. Mary's Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota 1 10.) The cause of his death was valve disease of heart, mitral regurgitation.1
