Francis next married Armeline Goulet, daughter of Louis Goulet, Sr. and Marie Robichaud, in 1865 in St. Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota.¹ (Armeline Goulet was born on 24 February 1849 in St. Ambroise de Kildare, Quebec, Canada,¹⁰ died on 2 February 1939 in Clontarf Township, Swift, Minnesota ¹⁰ and was buried on 6 February 1939 in Clontarf Township, Swift, Minnesota ¹⁰.) The cause of her death was heart failure, myocarditis and old age.³
