I like books. Over the years, I've come up with some I really like. I've decided to list these, with (when feasible) links to the appropriate Amazon.com pages. I have left out such notes as "strongly recommended" and "buy this", since I would say these about any books listed in these pages. I have tried to indicate who would like the books the best.
Before I start with the categories, I'm going to cheat on books for C programming and simply link to Peter Seebach's page on C books.
