Fountain A. Hudson, son of , was born December 06,1845 in Wilson County, Tennessee. He married Mary Adeline Qualls February 19, 1868 in Mt Vernon, Lawrence, Missouri. He died April 21, 1901 in Crane, Missouri (Christian Church Cem.). Mary Adeline Qualls, daughter of Martin Qualls and Mary A. "Polly" Ledbetter , was born December 17, 1846 in Carroll, Arkansas. She died May 03, 1935 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mrs. Hudson spent the summers in Aurora and the winters in Kansas =
fell and broke her hip while visiting her son, Fred in Kansas City=
recovered.

She is survived by three sons, Fred, of Kansas City, Ed (Hudson) o=
Kansas, and Odus (Hudson) of Joplin, one daughter, Mrs Mary Fox (e=
Focks)of Wichita, Kansas, and one brother Matthew Qualls of Crane.=
Dunn and Mrs. Ed Turner of Aurora are nieces.
