HINTZ. - In Mansfield township, Apr. 8th, 1894, of cancer of the stomach,
August Hintz, aged 57 years, 6 months and 2 days.
He was born in Oldenburg, Storco, Germany, came to America in 1857
and has lived in Mansfield since 1860. His wife died 7 years ago; nine
children survive and four have died. He was a respected citizen, and by
industry accumulated a comfortable fortune consisting of a large farm and
other property. The funeral was largely attended, Rev. Mr. Tiede
officiating as minister.

HEINTZ - At his home in the town of Mansfield, Sunday, April 8, 1894, of
cancer of the stomach, August Heintz, aged 57 years.
Deceased had been a prominent citizen in the town for several years and
his death is not only a loss to his family but to the entire community.
Eight children - five sons and three daughters - survive, his wife having
died several years ago. The funeral was on Tuesday and many sympathizing
friends of the family were present. The Enterprise joins in the general
expressions of regret at the death of Mr. Heintz.
Thom is buried with his mother.
