Unlike the south elevator, grain (once again, corn and soybeans) is simply stored here (IE, it is not first cleaned or otherwise processed). Trucks dump their grain into a pit inside the shed on the west side of the complex, from whence it is elevated up and deposited into the appropriate bins. A spout on the east side of the tall building is used for loading railcars. Spouts inside the long shed are used for loading trucks.
These are some of the older buildings in the complex. And it looks like a Cornerstone "ADM Grain Elevator" kit should make for a decent centerpiece.
