Constructed in 1967, this is one of the "newest" houses in Hope. The next new house wouldn't be built in town until 2006 (although a number of "built elsewhere" houses did find their way into town in the interim).
There aren't a lot of options out there vis'a'vis bungalows, but I might be able to do something with the Atlas "Barb's Bungalow" kit or the Imex "Ranch House". And given the relatively simple design, I suppose scratchbuilding is on the table as well.
