This model was part of some sort of goofy Reader's Digest giveaway way-back-when, and basically it's a useless piece of junk. The shell is actually some sort of nefarious knock-off of Atlas's venerable "Cupola Caboose", excepting that it lacks operational couplers and trucks. Caveat emptor!
