Persistent Conversation:
History and Paper Downloads

Getting access to the papers

HICSS papers are supposed to be free to everyone via the IEEE/HICSS digital library. However, I've discovered that putting in links to specific papers -- or even specific years of conference proceedings -- often fails for non-IEEE subscribers. So the links to specific papers in the IEEE library may fail.

What you'll need to do is access the IEEE/HICSS library at: http://csdl2.computer.org/persagen/DLPublication.jsp?pubtype=p&acronym=hicss and click your way to what you want (select the year, and then look for the Persistent Conversation minitrack which is in the Digital Media Track). Sorry for the difficulty!

If you continue to have trouble, please email me at snowfall -at- acm --dot---org --Tom
