¡Adios!

Don't cry for me Argent--oops, wrong countryYes, We're sad, too, Augusto. As you step down this week in Chile, we are left with the chilly feeling of never having done an expose on your fine fashion sense.

One look at those bold military blues and reds, and there is no doubt he is a man of supreme confidence. Some might call it arrogance, and Pinochet a cold blooded killer, but we are too entranced by the fine gold accessories for any of that petty political bickering.

Pinochet's countrymen are not above political bickering, and as he attempts to take his position as Senator for Life as an ex-leader of the country, they see fit to garb this elder statesmen in the threads of lawsuits to stop him.

The Senator for Life (an ironic title for the jefe of the Chilean death squads, no?) position carries with it immunity from prosecution, and Chile's people are trying to prevent Pinochet from donning that cloak of impunity.

I wish them good luck, and must say that anyone able to wear such bright primary colors can probably handle themselves in prison grays.
