About Me

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a BA in English from Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota I am dedicated to bringing music and silliness to all mankind wherever possible. I dedicate myself to doing just that.

I started playing Violin at age five. Classical trained by Ron Balacz, from the Minnesota Orchestra (now retired) I began doing Jazz Improvisation at Carleton and have done so ever since. Stepane Grappelli is my idol and many of the best jazz folk in Minneapolis say I am the sweetest violin in town.
