Artist Information

Rick McGuire's debut CD "Screaming" rings of modern story pop with tasteful jazzy/blues riffs.  Influenced by notable musician/songwriters such as John Mayer, Dave Mathews, and Edwin McCain, he offers his own unique and authentic sound. 

The CD was recorded at Third Ear Recording in Minneapolis.  It was produced by Tom Herbers (JayHawks, Honeydogs, Low) and includes some extraordinary sounds from his vintage keyboard collection.

Rick recently released a follow-up EP entitled "This Time" which has been well received at college radio and had some success on AAA radio.
