Anton's Personal Life

It's a little awkward thinking about what to write here. I suppose an autobiography might be in order, but I've never found those that interesting. (For bits and pieces of my history, check out my family or professional pages.) Instead, here are a few random tidbits about myself. I really ought to organize these better someday.

I enjoy reading a great deal (and I hope you do as well). I've got a few book recommendations, and a separate list of fantasy and science fiction books that I've enjoyed. These are by no means exhaustive; I've spent hours at libraries and bookstores as long as I can remember, and have found hundreds of books worth reading. Take the time one day to wander your library's stacks at random and pick out some books that you might not otherwise read. You might find a gem!

I enjoy cooking, though lately I've been busy enough with work that I haven't done much. Here are a few recipes which you might enjoy trying.

I've collected a few snapshots from vacations and other occasions, though there isn't a lot of context for them yet.

I've been known as the Keeper Of Angst in the past.

I'm a member of the American Civil Liberties Union. Among many other activities, they're working to protect online privacy, freedom of speech, and uncensored access to the internet.

Beth and I have started building a house! You can read about it, if you'd like.
