Nancy travels the world producing her portraits from life and photos wherever she goes. Attracted to people and nature subjects, she uses a "high-touch" approach to try to capture the life and light in her work.

Her working on the spot has attracted commissions from Alaska to Key West and Arizona to Cape Cod in the US. Abroad NanC has portrayed life in Norway, Ireland, Egypt, Mexico, and Russia.

In 1980 NanC spent the summer at the Cafe de la Paix in Paris, France, doing portraits of visitors from all over the world.

1993 was the year NanC took a month-long journey

across Russia on the Trans-Siberian Railroad, staying

with people in their homes in 9 different cities along the way.
