Crustini with Honey
1 loaf Crusty Italian Bread
  Orchard Dry Apple Wine
(Saint Croix Vinyards)

2 Tbsp. Butter
  Honey
1/2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Cut the bread into slices about 1/2-inch thick and then into squares about 2-inches on a side.
  2. Lightly soak each square of bread in the Apple Wine. Do not make the bread too damp; just a light coating of wine will do!
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter and saute the wine-soaked bread until each side is a light, toasted brown.
  4. Drizzle a little honey over each slice.
  5. Cover the honey with a small amount of grated Mozzarella cheese and place in the oven. Bake at 400 until the cheese is just beginning to brown. Remove and serve hot with ice cream or just plain.

This recipe serves 6 - 10.
