The HTML version is updated at frequent intervals. The text version (Email, FTP, News) is updated monthly. The list be obtained using any of the following methods.

Look for it on the WWW at "http://www.visi.com/~nau/".
FTP a text version from "ftp://ftp.visi.com/users/nau/mailorder/survey.txt".
Ask for it (http://www.visi.com/~nau/email.html). You can also ask to be placed on my monthly mailing list.
Pull it from News at rec.audio.misc and rec.audio.marketplace.
