While this site does not offer any real high end audio they are nice and easy to deal with. If you are looking for a low-mid range product for a decent price and no hassle this is the place. I purchased the Harmon/Kardon AVR40, which is an amazing receiver if you don't care about Dolby Digital, and had no problems at all. They had prompt replies to my inquiries via email, usually same day which saved me a great deal of time. I placed the order and it came only a week later. Considering I was ordering form Canada this tells me that they obviously have stock of their products, it was shipped the day after I sent the order. The only surprise was a $70 (Canadian $) COD charge for our GST and a broker fee which was because of the Canadian gov't and UPS NOT the company in question. In addition, they didn't put the transaction through on my credit card until I actually received the product, which was nice. Good service and prompt delivery of their product would have me deal with these guys again in further purchases.
