I had the most pleasurable experience in mail order dealing with Soundpros.Many companies get every penny they can during a purchase.This makes the purchase quite expensive and it often will take a good number of months before another purchase can be afforded.I would also like to commend the staff with having the knowledge of the componants that are offered.I felt very comfortable dealing with Soundpros and I look forward to my next order.

Wow....
Scott very helpful here. I ordered an Energy Take 5 system with ES-8 subwoofer. Order completed in 3-minutes. Scott talked me through alternative configurations as per my request. I ordered on Tuesday..had speakers on Thursday (at UPS ground shipping prices).

The experience was well worth the CA sales tax I had to add on...I'll definitely order additional components from him in the future.

Ordered a DVD Panasonic 505 great price...great service..... Scott and I B.S.ed for over 2 hrs. He answered every question I asked, it was alot of fun. Great guy. Ordered on a Thursday got it on Tuesday in Chicago. Who could ask for anything better. $440.00 +18 shipping. WOW

Scott and Sound Professionals came through with flying colors again. I was looking for a powered subwoofer and center channel speaker. He spent quite a bit of time helping me decide what would best serve my needs based on what I currently have. We finally decided that NHT speakers would be best. The speakers he suggested were more than I had intended to spend. However, he worked very hard to bring the pricing down to an acceptable level. I ended up with higher quality speakers that were within my budget (NHT SW-3P Subwoofer and AudioCenter-1 Center Channel speakers).

Scott contacted me shortly after shipping the speakers with the UPS tracking numbers. He asked me to send him a note when I receive the shipment to make sure that everything is OK. The shipment came as expected and in mint condition. Scott is great!!!

After dealing with the sleaze at ABC/Alpha Sound/whatever, I was VERY pleasantly surprised by my experience with Scott at Sound Professionals. He was always courteous, extremely helpful, and cooperative in addressing my needs(wants?). He even took the time to call me from CA to NJ to let me know about a special package he could put together for a set of NHT speakers. Not only did he make me feel like a valuable customer, he showed my a courteous, professional manner which always made me feel very comfortable. Give these guys a call - Scott is great to talk to and work with!!

I just purchased the Sony SDP-EP9ES Digital Decoder and several Monster Cable interconnects. This place is certainly mail order heaven. I talked with Scott. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and flexible in negotiating prices. He ended up selling me the lot at close to 25% discount plus $15 shipping. He said that the Sony was expected in about a week. Much to my surprise, he called me at home that evening to tell me that the Sony came in ahead of schedule and that he had shipped everything to me that night. He even gave me the UPS tracking number. It is a real pleasure to be able to conduct business with someone who is so considerate of the client (I've been reading the horror stories on this site from other places). We talked a lot on the phone. He showed an interest in wanting to offer product lines that I was interested in. This is a big change from dealers telling me what I want (which usually is what provides them with the largest profit margin). I strongly recommend this place for honesty, price and service. They're relatively new -- so give them a try. I did, and I don't regret it. I just found my audio-video dealer. The hunt is over.
