I purchased a Pioneer CD changer from SBH on June 18. A week or so later, after finding this site and reading the bad reviews, I called to try to get a tracking number. The people did not go out of their way to be nice, but weren't all that bad, and upon getting the tracking number I found out that the package was in my town (in CA) and it came that day. The total waiting time from order to getting it was 7 business days, not bad for the other side of the country. All of the inside packaging was in perfect shape, and all warranty info was present. The factory Pioneer tape on the outside of the box had been broken, and it wasn't double-boxed for shipment, but I never asked if it was brand new, and it seems to work just fine. Because of other comments here, I'll probably not use SBH again, but my experience with them was fine, and the price was GREAT.

I am only thankful that this site exists. I had almost odered a car radio from this company when I read some of these horrible revues. I can personally say that the way I was treated by those people over the phone was absolutely astounding. Never have I heard such rude behavior and attitude over the phone for just asking for a price. Don't call there because the mistreatment is not worth it. Its your money. Be smart and don't give it away to some bunch of pricks that work at S.B.H.

I ordered 2 6x9 infinity Kappa series speakers from S.B.H. enterprises on February 12, 1997. They gave me an unbelieveable price $50 less than anywhere else I tried. They shipped the product promptly and it arrived within a week. I was very happy with the service I recieved from them.

Good prices....but bad service and manners. Your c/card is charged the second you hang up the phone,delivery date is 1-2 weeks after the original due date...if ever.

P.S. If you do order from this company and are having problems receiving your order...don't call them for any information or tracking no. they'll give you the run-a-round call your credit card company and dispute dispute dispute the charges

Very, very rude. I have never ordered from them (Brooklyn NY), but I was spoken to very rudely once when I called them. I asked the (Iranian) guy how the hell he intended to sell a dime acting the way he did and I hung up.

Claims product was shipped by UPS -- but UPS denies shipment for that tracking number. Got runaround. Called credit card company to dispute charges.

Ordered the MDX-61 changer and the Sony XDP210EQ from this place in New York. Waited 3 weeks and product didn't arrive. Called S.B.H. and said it was sent. I asked for a tracking number. When I checked the tracking nubmer they gave me it was incorrect. I called back to double check the tracking number. They also stated that the order may have been lost by the shipping company, but I was suspicious when the tracking number came back as "invalid". In my opinion, the company was lying and the order was never shipped. Though the order was never shipped, they did charge my credit card the day I placed my order. Luckily I used my credit card to purchase these items. I am using my rights as a credit card purcharser to dispute this purcahse. I would not reccomend S.B.H. Enterprises to anyone. They are a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM S.B.H.
