In short I ordered a so called "new demo" pre-amp from them and was told
that it was "just put out on the floor" and was only a "few months old",
which lead me to believe that it was current model....However, when it
came in the mail (in a box from a different manufacturer) I opened it
and found an old used model that was discontinued a good many years ago
and not worth nearly what I paid for it....I called to see if possible
they sent me the wrong pre-amp by accident or something, and after a
long dispute w/ a manager (Josh) who was very rude, defensive, and
misleading, he did agree to refund my money, but not shipping
costs....the result costing me over $40, and a big headache.....
anyhow, just thought i'd share that w/ you all and maybe save you some
$$, time, and asprin...

Based on one experience (buying relatively inexpensive speakers), they are honest and prompt, and willing to negotiate price.
