I ordered a Sony receiver and a Monster Cable cable. They showed up in good condition and within a few days of when I expected them to. I was charged the correct price. I'd definately do business with them again!

I first sent Email to them asking if they could match a price. Jim Oade wrote me back saying he would "match the price delivered to my doorstep" (in other words, including shipping). I then called there number, not minding that much that it wasn't toll free since I already had a quoted price I liked and they seemed like a decent, professional acting company. They were Americans so I could actually understand them. They were helpful and friendly before, during, and after the sale. They are in good ole Georgia, not NY or New Jersey. I have learned to pretty much stay away from most of the places in NY or NJ.
