Purchased an Adcom 2535 amp from Vladimir. Store is in
upper New York State and lost phone service due to ice
storm. Vladimir was friendly and extremely responsive to
my e-mail. Unit arrived on time - despite the *very* harsh
weather.

Wow! Vladimir is incredibly helpful, and amazingly responsive (FedEx overnight for a demo). He let me demo gear for an extended period and didn't even charge my credit card until I was certain that I was happy with the gear (actually the second set of equipment he sent). He didn't try to push me beyond my budget or sell me stuff that he didn't think would work, i.e. fancy speaker cables to fix a shortcoming in the first amp I tried. Prices aren't bad, either.
Unconditionally recommended to everyone looking for audio equipment!
