I have had two outstanding experiences ordering from Northampton Audio. Both times, I dealt with Dick Moulding, whom I have found to be a very honorable, fair person. In the first instance, UPS damaged the subwoofer I ordered. I called Mr. Moulding and he sent out a double-boxed replacement immediately and had UPS pick up the damaged one. No hassles at all. Recently, I ordered several speakers at a great price. He shipped them on time, in the condition I expected, and double-boxed. Everything went perfectly, and I recommend Northampton Audio highly. I would definitely purchase equipment from Mr. Moulding again.

Dick Moulding was friendly and helpful, although not as quick to reply to email as I would have liked (1-2 day turnaround). He answered my questions and cut me a deal on the final purchase. One of the components did not have a warranty card, but he said he would request one from the manufacturer. Also the stands he provided didn't quite match the speakers in terms of size, so it was obvious that he'd never actually tried the two together. On the plus side he did verify over the phone that the owner of the credit card I was using (a family member's -- frequent flier miles!) was aware of these purchases, which I definitely approve of.

Overall satisfactory, although there was room for improvement. I would consider buying from him again.

They started out being very responsive but after 3 weeks they stopped responding. here is there last response.
Dear Mark,
We did not get the C-1B yesterday. When I accepted your order I assumed that this was a piece Ralph buys regularly, but he has been focusing on the big C/L/R and the Pro Cinema products lately. We will see it soon though, unless it is back-ordered.

Shipped quickly, great price, very friendly & accommodating. Slightly downplayed / minimized the substantial cosmetic damage to a pair of used speakers I bought.
