I called Keif's to purchased a Klipsch KSF-C5 Center Channel speaker and they told me they didn't have any in stock. They put me on a list to hold one for me and called back two weeks later. I ordered it via credit card and it arrived 5 business days later with a receipt for the correct amount. What an excellent mail-order experience!

I purchased a Denon AVR3200, Sony S500 DVD, and a set of PSB Century speakers from Kief's. I chose Kief's in large part based on the comments contained on this WEB page. The order overall went without a hitch. The receiver and DVD arrived within 3 days, factory sealed and double boxed. The speakers were not in stock and I was told it would take 5-10 days to get them shipped. Two weeks later they were at my door step. It goes without saying that shopping the Internet can be trying experience. Kief's made it easy. I was completly satisfied.

I ordered a Denon AVR-3200 from Kief's on a Friday afternoon and received the package (double-boxed) by UPS on Tuesday. The price I paid for the Denon was equal to the lowest price I had found anywhere else. After receipt, I had several questions regarding the set-up and found that, even after the sale, these guys were willing to take the time to walk be through the set-up process. The salesmen I spoke with were friendly and seemed very knowledgable about the products they sell. I will do business with this company again.

Ordered a B&K amp. Paid for one day shipping and received it in one day in perfect condition. Later ordered a B&K preamp but cancelled after a week. (They had not gotton it in stock and I found a better deal locally) They cancelled my order and refunded my money with no problems. Highly recommended. Good prices and service. Ask for Greg.

I ordered two NAD components from Kief's. The prices were good, and they arrived in excellent condition (but I had to ask for double boxing--it is not automatic). My only complaint is that it took a good solid week for the package to arrive via UPS, which is significantly longer than it has taken to receive shipments from other companies I have dealt with.

A great group to work with. Ordered Sony 90ESG in Nov. Very hard to get. They gave a good price and took $100 deposit to put me first in line. Sony was delayed but when it came in, I got it as promised. Mark Toser very helpful. Would definitely work with them again.

Wow! These guys made quite an impression on me. Made my 1st call to them today based on scanning this list. Spoke to MarkS and he was a very friendly knowledgeable guy. Quoted me a price on a Denon AVR-3200 that was $50 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen ($799). He also recommmed some speakers that I thought was right on. He quoted a price on the speakers but didn't have them in stock in the color I wanted. So I wait listed for them. I ordered the Denon. While I was surfing looking for the speakers elswhere he called up and apologized that he had quoted me an incorrect price for the speakers and that they were actually $100 LESS! How's that for customer service? Will follow up this post with the actually delivery experieince.

Part 2 of my Kief's experience - Wednesday December 31, 1997:
Product arrived a little later than expected, but I had ordered it right before Christmas so some delay was to be expected. A/V unit and speakers arrived double boxed and in good condition. Invoice and CCard receipts were included. Overall a Grade 'A' experience. I only wish they carried Toshiba so that I could order my DVD player from them also.

I ordered a pair of Snell type E speakers from Kief's, and they shipped them out quickly and at a very good price. Tim even waived the deposit, since I was ordering COD, which was very nice. Packing was excellent, they sealed the large boxes very securly, and also placed large fragile stickers on all sides of the boxes to avoid damage. Highly recommended!

Purchased NAD 512,paid for overnight shipping. Received player the next day. A week later decided on a different player from a local store, returned the NAD to Keif's with no hassles. Worked with Ed.

Somebody else told me about Kief's. Called them and they beat the best pice I could get on the Pioneer VSX-07-TX by 135.00. Was told the unit would be deliver next Friday, It came Tusday. So as far as I'm concerned they rate A plus. Bob H.

Price for Lexicon DC-1 very competitive . The amp I purchased failed within 1 hour . I called Mark Schroeder and he had a replacement at my doorstep in 2 days and return freight for defective amp paid by Kief's . That's service! I will definitely buy from Kief's (Mark) in the future .

Kief's audio was stright forward & honest. Mark was helpful in helping me with the purchase of the Aragon 8008x3 amp & the Acures A 250. I actually bouht two other amps but changed my mind & didn't open th boxes. I sent back & Kief's gave me 100% credit toward the purchase of the amps I settled for. Be aware that some amps react negatively to cable & so you must then purchase a black box for an additional $75 to clear the feedback. The box works. I strongly recommend Kief's for their honesty & straight for ward appraisel of equipment.
