Do not join up! I did which was a big mistake. I ordered $108 worth af
merchindise which I never received or got my money back.

I had to send in two order forms because they lost the first
one. The second one only took about 3 months for them to
finally send the stuff to me, but they only sent one item
and billed me a re-stocking fee on the other stuff they
never even shipped. As for my free gift and alarm, my
coupons were obviously with the order form they lost, and
they told me that there was no way they could now get them
to me. Don't even bother calling their "customer service".

Please, for your own good, don't even consider joining
Insider's Audio. I ordered $400 worth of car stereo
products (which had to be mailed in since they have no call
in service) under the impression they would arrive in under
one month. Three months later, after numerous calls to
Insider's virtually non-existant "customer service", I was
informed that the products which I had ordered were
conveniently out of stock. What the hell!!! I sent in a
money order, when did they plan on calling me or sending
back my money for that matter?!!! Oh, and the supposed
excalibur car alarm I was going to receive turned out to be
some cheap imitation. Be prepared for a big laugh when you
find out what their big$$$$ mystery gift is! Stay away
from this hole in the wall.

Ordered an audio membership 3/97. Received within two weeks.
Previewed catalog(filled with many off-brands, some I've never
heard of), decided to return for membership refund. Membership
returned 4/97 via registered mail(have signature of person who
received at Insiders. Have yet to receive refund as of 1/98.
Have personally spoke to person at Insiders about issuing credit
seven times. Was first told credit was not given because person
who issues credit was out having brain surgery. Last excuse I was
given by same person was that her father passed away. (I'm not
kidding) I have never dealt with such a poor business with such
poor service and would advise anybody else not to either.

Do not order the kit.
If you already did just don't buy anything because
the stuff never works right. It;s a total rip off.

It took forever to finally get my "free membership package",
only after writing numerous letters to them. The service
sucks, and I haven't recieved a single thing from them since
I ordered. It was the biggest waste of money I have ever
seen. So don't waste yours!!!!!

Don't risk it. They have no merchandise on hand.
What they do is call in the order and have
the items dropped shipped to your home.
You pay for the shipping and handling twice.
