I have mailordered audio and video gears from many different places. Galen Carol is definitely one of the very best. Honest, fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. Packages are out mostly on the same day you place the order. Always gives you the UPS track #. Great price! Actually I even dont bother to shop around now if I know Galen also carries the same item. Highly recommended!

Very professional and has a little personal touch. I dealt with Galen, the owner, for my order of a Nordost cable. He gave me a very competitive price and told me that he had to have Nordost shipped the cable to him within 3 days and then he would ship it to me. Galen even called me 3 days after I placed my order and told me that he had gotten the cable from Nordost and I should get it by that Friday. The cable arrived right on time in great condition. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Galen Carol Audio to anyone. I chose Galen Carol Audio after reviewing this web site and seeing that they had received the highest remarks from everyone who had taken the time to comment on them. I found that the service, price, and quality of product was every bit as good as I expected.
I found Galen to be very professional, extremely knowledgable about high-end audio, and also very personable. I presented Galen with a somewhat difficult requirement and Galen filled the requirement above and beyond my expectations. I was shopping for an amp/preamp combination that could drive a difficult speaker load with excellent sound quality, and without spending a fortune. I wondered if it was possible. I was toying with the idea of buying used gear in order to get what I wanted since all the new gear that I had listened to and liked cost considerably more than I wanted to spend.
Galen put together a BRAND NEW amp/preamp combination that met my power and price requirements and that in my opinion exceeds the sonic quality of all the other gear I listened to.
In addition to finding new gear that retailed for about 40 percent less than the other gear I was considering, Galen also knocked off between 15 and 20 percent of retail without any bartering whatsoever.
Needless to say, I plan to deal with Galen for all my future upgrades and tweaks and will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for audio gear.
