I've bought from them twice in the past 5 years (2 Pioneer car CD players), and always got what I ordered in excellent condition and within a week of ordering (I'm located in the NE US)...Never a hassle and always a good price...and no, I don't work for them *grin*!

I've ordered from Executive car alarm. The published price was the lowest I could found. The lady on the phone assured me that delivery time New York-New Jersey is 2-3 days. Two weeks later small package arrived and I refused delivery. Instead of waiting for 2 months for credit, I've called my bank to dispute the charges. That is the most effective way to deal with companies like Executive. Few weeks ago, I had to go to Brooklyn, so I've desided to visit this "company" in person. Guess what???
There is no executive digital at 60 Broadway in Brooklyn. It's an apartment building!!!!
How can anyone buy or trust such so called company?? Not me!

here's the skinny on executive. only deal with the woman. i forget her name but i believe her name ends with a "y" or "ie". she is cool. ...regarding the males that work there and the employees at sbh enterprise and smile electronics- they should be either NY cab drivers riding camels, airplane hi-jackers or terrorists.
i found executive in the classifieds of the car magazines. of all the mail order companies in there, executive has the best prices and customer service. however, since many local "mom and pop" audio dealers match prices to get a sale, i recommend getting executive's quote, taking off an additional 10% and give this price to your local dealer stating this price includes shipping and handling. i live in the philadelphia area and this technique works everytime in center city.
for example, i paid $330 for a soundstream usa 364 amp, $130 for two rockford fosgate rfp-1410 subs, and $285 for the pioneer deq-9200 eq with dsp.

The service I found at Executive was horrible beyond belief. The worst part is that the sales person I talked to hadn't a slightest clue of what I was talking about. All you can get there is a price (that is if your lucky) and a rude response. Its a total disgrace of a mail order company!

When I first called Executive Digital, I was given a price of $427 for an Alpine car CD player. I asked if she could match $422 which I had gotten as a quote from calling a month or so before (I saw there magazine add a couple of days later, they had it in there for $389!).
[break]
I received that player a week or so later. Upon opening it, I noticed that it wasn't packaged the way it normally was (having gotten a few from Alpine before, and it was something anyone should/would have noticed anyway). All of the tape on the individual packages inside had been removed and restuck or just left off all together. The manual was worn and I think the warranty card was missing (was to mad to remember to look, but I never saw it). The display on the player had fingerprints on it and part of the Alpine logo on the box had been colored in with magic marker (doesnt prove it was used, but very unprofessional).

About 4 days later, after having the player installed and noticing that it had a bad rubbing/scraping noise while a CD was spinning (again, I've had other Alpines and none have done this). I called back and after she suggested that I may have not had it installed it correctly (there's only one way - horizontal, top side up...duh) and after she groaned a little, she finally agreed to replace it if I sent it back (with another used one?).

I sent it certified so they would have to sign for it and I would get a return receipt back. It had been over a week since they recieved the unit back, and Executive still hadn't credited back my Visa for the CD player, when my First Card Visa helpfully offered to give me a temporary credit until they were able to get the credit back from Executive.

Purchased an Ungo Car Alarm from them that took nearly a month to get. When I ordered I was told the alarm was in stock and would be shipped the next day. After I had not received it in two weeks I called and spoke to a girl. She indicated that they could not verify my credit card number and had called my home on several occasions and were not able to contact anyone. This is B.S. as I have a telephone answering service which has never let me down. Anyhow, we determined that they had one number wrong on my credit card and I corrected it with the girl. I then asked if the item was still in stock, she answered yes and indicated that it would be shipped the next day. On the 12th day after I called I got my package. I tracked the package back through UPS and found out that it was shipped exactly one week after she told me it would be shipped. Their prices are good but I would not deal with them again.

I've dealed and bought with Executive at lease 5 times already. I believe there are 3 salespersons, 2 guys and one girl. The lady is very nice but the two guys are EXTREMELY rude! It is hard to understand what they're saying sometimes and they sound rude even though I'm buying already. Sometimes when i have some questions, they hang up on me as if they want to save phone bill. But I have to say that they do carry very low prices on car audio components. And they do sent the merchandise so it's not fraud, so that is why I dealed with them so many times. Once my pioneer PH-825 broke within a month, I've sent it back for factory warrantee and they did sent me a new one back. However, it took about a month because they have to sent it to pioneer and have pioneer sent it back to them and then they sent it to me.

I purchased a Pioneer DEH 45DH Car Stereo and I was told that the item was in stock and would be on my doorstep in 5 business days since I live so close to Brooklyn. After 7 days I attempted to contact them and no answered the phone. I have attempted to make contact now for 4 days and I still have no answer. Does this company even exist anymore! Not to mention they saw fit to quickly charge my credit card! I never should have strayed from the quality service of Crutchfield.

I called these guys to inquire about the price of a Sony Car cd-player. When I asked him how much, he gave me the price, but when I asked him about their return policy, he told me to call back when I wanted to order and hung up on me! He was very rude!

Advertised Low prices (in my case a Panasonic AG 1980 VCR)
When called to order the VCR, along with a camcorder, the rude salesman said the advertised VCR was for the Malaysian-made model. The Japanese-made model cost $250 more. He said the Malaysian model had no Warranty. I told him that's okay. (Knowing if it was defective, I was protected by my credit card). Then he tried to add a "discontinued item fee" to my camera, since it was a discontinued model. After much haggeling. We agreed to a price: $1785 for both camera and Malaysian VCR. A week later my package arrived.... just the camera. No VCR, no mention of the VCR on the billing statement.
In other words, their advertised price is a simple lie. If you don't pay their REAL price for the item, they don't send it to you.
To their ONLY credit, my card was billed only for the camera. When I called them about the VCR, this salesman knew nothing about Malaysian or Japanese models. All he knew is that AG 1980s shipped for $1295, the add in the magazine was a typo. Oddly enough, it's been advertised for $1049 for the past year and continues to be advertised for this price. Their add has been updated bi-monthly with new products and prices, but the AG 1980 price hasn't changed.

Will change prices, overcharge on shipping and bill in advance for products on backorder. Very difficult to get a refund on cancellation. Extremely rude: will hang up as you ask a quesstion.
