I ordered a Pioneer DVL-909 DVD/LD player from them. The
price was great and so was the service. Chris Taylor was
very helpful. Unit arrived on time, double-boxed, and in
pristine condition. Thet returned my calls (amazing in
itself) and called when shipment was made.
Wednesday April 1 , 1998
Ordered a complete Cerwin Vega speaker system. Pair of
VS 150's, Pair of Sat 5, CTR 25 and a HTS15 sub-woofer. 5 very large boxes,
the 150's alone weighed 105lbs each. I ordered on a thursday night and got
them in perfect shape on wednesday morning in Chicago. $1199 + 185 shipping.
What a deal. Chris was great. She answered every question and tried different
ways to get the system I was looking for. She even called the next day to
let me know they shipped. What great service. I highly recommend this company.
