I purchased a Toshiba TW65G80 television from them. Their price, including shipping, was better or as good as all companies I researched. I tried 15 different mail order places. I received the TV when they said I would and provided good assistance. I would recommend them to my friends.

Good, quick service. Ordered a Panamax MAX 1000+, received it in two days, (one day earlier than promised). However I was charged the regular price not the sale price. Customer service was quick to credit my card for the difference. Definitely recommend them.

My only criticism is with convenience, but conveninece is important for me. I ordered a receiver from CDW over the Internet and received my e-mail confirmation in a timely manner. Two days later, I received another e-mail telling me the item is unavailable. I checked the website and the receiver was still listed as available. What's the point of ordering on-line if the website isn't up-to-date and it takes to days for them to tell you an item is out of stock.

I ordered a Panamax 1000+ surge protector from these guys on a Sunday night. The package was delivered to me on thursday in excellent condition (@ $100 below MSRP). The operator was polite and courteous. I only wish they carried more brands of audio equipment. I recommend this company whole heartedly and will continue to do business with them. - Sid

Very good experience. I ordered a Panamax 1000+ late one night over their Internet site and the product was delivered to my door ahead of the projected delivery date. Price was very good. I also received a confirmation order number the next day from the company.

I checked a DVD player price on their web page and called them to order. I gave all my information but when they told me the final price (including shipping), I was confused because the numbers didn't add up. Then the saleswoman informed me that the price of the DVD unit had gone up. I told them that I had just ckecked the price on their web page and she didn't seem to care about the discrepancy. She got a bit rude, I got a bit rude, and I told her to cancel the order. She hung up on me. Five minutes later, she called me back (remember, I had given her all of my ordering info). She was super nice, said she had talked to her manager about the price discrepancy on the web, and they agreed to sell the unit to me at the lower web page price. The unit shipped the next day. So CDW turned me off at first, but overall I have to say that I was very pleased with the way everything worked out.
