I have dealt with quite a few mail order companies but these guys are the worst. I ordered a sony camcorder from them, they matched my best price and we agreed on a final shiped price. When the camera arrived they had tried to tack on an $85.00 handling charge. The salesman would not even take my calls, said he didn't want to do business with me, funny he was very quick to take $1400.00 though.To moke a long story short after pressure from my credit card company the president of the company tried to offer me accesories, batterries, bags etc that I did not need or want. Finally we agreed to arrange a return of the camera and full credit to my account. I ended up buying the camera from computability at the original price we had started at and recieved it in 2 days. Avoid Camera and Sound at all costs, they are no bargain, just one big headache.

Salesman Brian was helpful. All items were received in 2 days, double boxed, complete, with packing slip. Excellent service. This was my second major purchase from them.

E-mail quotes were made by Moses, Mail Order Manager. He returned quotes overnight, and had the lowest price on most of the equipment, and within $20 on the rest. Shipping was reasonable.

My salesman, Brian, was very helpful without being pushy. He steered me to a couple of great deals on useful accessories. The equipment (a Canon Hi8 camcorder and a Sony Stereo VCR) arrived double boxed in 2 business days, via UPS. Everything was as ordered, in perfect shape, with a complete and accurate packing slip/invoice included. I do not hesitate to recommend them.
