I ordered some 6.5 inch legacy speakers on April 24th. I spoke to a Meredith who explained my order would be processed on Mon the 27th and I should receive it Wed the 29th and they did just that. I will reorder, great prices.

Strange ordering experience with Audio Express Warehouse: I placed an order for 5 items by on-line order form. Received call back from "Michelle" explaining 3 of 5 items are out of stock, she could order from 'warehouse.' Returned call and again she answered, forund her to be rude but I was blinded by 'great prices' and asked her to order anyway. She insisted on my credit card for ordering from warehouse giving me a silly excuse that if she orders from 'warehouse' and I cancel she is 'stuck' with the merchandise. I suspect from her attitude, fact she has always answered the phone and overall impression that Audio Warehouse is a home business and should be avoided like a lawyer's daughter! Since J & R Music World is getting out of the car stereo business, I will continue to support my local car stereo dealer (Custom Hi-Fi, Winston-Salem, NC) and Crutchfield.

Were not very knowledgeable of the product. However did provide 800 number to manufacturer. Manufacturer could not answer question either. Package arrived on time and in good shape. I am ordering a second time, already placed.
