Excellent service! I received a prompt response to my e-mail
inquiry. I ordered a NAD 512 CD player (demo). The price was
great, and the unit arrived in excellent condition. Delivery
was prompt. When he shipped the order, Rick couldn't find
the original remote control for the 512, so he sent another
one instead. A few days later, the correct remote arrived as
promised--no additional charge. I highly recommend Alpine
for mail orders. Too bad they do not carry a wider line of
products...

I had a similar experience as another recent responder. After being
informed by my local dealer that a particular Conrad-Johnson component
would not be in stock in the near future, I made a list of five other
C-J dealers to call. My first and only call was to Alpine (I dealt
with Ed). After telling him what I was looking for, he called C-J
immediately, and was informed that he could have the component in two
days (on New Year's Eve). Ed called me back within five minutes, and
I placed my order. He even gave me a good price to boot. I received
the piece today, as promised. Honesty, fairness, and good prices are
enough reasons for me to give Alpine future business.

I highly recommend Alpine Audio. I had 3 companies written down to call
for the product I was ordering. I called Rick at Alpine first and never
called the other 2 and have NO regrets. This service had high marks for
Alpine, which means a lot today and his price was very good. Plus, he
worked out a deal so I would get it when I wanted-Rick knows what I mean.
The product I ordered had a problem and Rick took care of it right away.
You cannot beat trust and service. If Alpine has your product, do not
quibble over pennies, go with what works.

Believe all these comments folks, this is a very good
company to deal with. I spoke with Rick, and he is very
helpful and honest. I ordered a McCormack DNA-.5 power
amplifier and McCormack TLC-1 pre-amp and I am very pleased
with the prices. Alpine Audio is Highly Recommended!

I bought a large amount of equipment through Rick with no
hassles. He even gave me his honest opinion when I asked
him about Atlantic Technology THX speakers for music...he
said he couldn't recommend them (I found out later that he
was right!). I was very impressed with service.

I ordered a Soundstream 300sx amp and received it in a few
days.he service was very very good. I spoke to Rick the
owner, he was very helpful and honest. I am in the process
of ordering an Alpine cd changer. I will definitely
recommend Alpine Audio to anyone.

Hussle free, straight forward. They gave me accurate
information and excellent price on the item that I was
