a smooth transition from the tie in point, to the eye( make sure the thread
is back by the tie in point at the bend of the hook.
3. Dubb the dubbing on the thread kind of heavy (you can wet the dubbing
to keep it under control)
4. Wrap the larva lace once around the hook stoping at the bottom of the
hook.
5. With the thread wrap the dubbed thread around the larva lace one full
turn ( keep the turn all the same direction)
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 till finished.
7. Tie off the end of the larva lace at the eye and whip finish.
8. This is weaving so you must keep the larva lace tight when wrapping around
the hook and also try and keep the dubbing wraps at the bottom of the fly.
9. pick out the dubbing for the leggs of the scud, trim the legs.
