About the author:
The author of these pages is me, known in various circles as K, Mikage, Ecchi, and once in a great while (usually to my parents) Kate. I graduated from Wellesley College in '98 with a degree in Physics and Computer Science. From '98-'99 I was at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where I was a graduate student in Computer Engineering. After working for a few years, I returned to graduate school in the fall of '02 at the Computer Science department of Tufts.

Several iterations ago, I used to have a rather lengthy bio and more ambition for my personal page. But I've discovered through years of experience that I simply don't have the ambition or drive to carry out and complete such grand plans. What is here is what is here. Updates will be sporadic. (The time between the most recent revisions of page layout was 4 years.)

If you happen across any older versions of my pages, they are no longer being maintaned and are simply drifting about, part of the flotsam and jetsam of the web. Please don't email me to tell me they are out of date; I really could care less. The only version of my personal page being maintained is this one.
