MNRail is an email list existing to further the exchange of news,
discussion, and announcements, involving items in the following
geographical regions:

	Minnesota
	South Dakota
	North Dakota
	Wisconsin
	Iowa
	western Ontario
and	eastern Manitoba

plus, on a trial basis,
	the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
	the Powder River Basin of Wyoming

The primary emphasis of the list will be news and current operations.

What we can do without:

o Binaries and HTML.  This is an email list, not a web page.  
o Lengthy (or any, really) discussions about politics surrounding Amtrak
o Discussions of paint scheme opinions.
o SPAM (unless you're talking about switching Hormel in Austin, MN)
  That is, unsolicited commercial email (UCE).  
o ALL CAPS
o Bitching on the list.  Send your complaints about the list to the list
  owner
o Lots of advertising.
