Liz Phair MP3 Gallery
A few of Liz's songs in the MP3 format. Below you will find a list of all
of the MP3 files that I have available. Unfortunately, only a few
of them will be uploaded at once because of the limited space I have
available. Just go to the Liz Phair MP3 Archive to see what's currently
available
You won't find any easily commercially available songs here. I'd love to
put "Don't Have Time" on this page, but you can buy it on the Higher
Learning soundtrack so I won't put it here. This page is for Girlysounds,
and other material that hasn't been commercially released (live concerts,
demos, etc.).
These files were all created with SoundJam MP 1.6.
Each file was encoded at 128 kbps, 44.100 kHz, Joint Stereo.
I've added ID3v1.1 and ID3v2.3 tags along with lyrics to most of them.
ID3 tags were added and modified with MP3 Rage 1.2
and 1.7. Unfortunately MP3 Rage is still a fairly buggy program so it took some manual tweaking to get the files just right.
If Liz Phair or her management ever ask me to take these files down, I
will. I just want to provide them as a service to Liz fans.
If you're using a Mac, the following MP3 players are pretty good:
I'm sure there are wintel MP3 players available, but I can't really help
you there.
