Lance's Commander's Summer 1998 Trip to Southern Utah


During the Fourth of July holiday, I headed to Utah to go sightseeing and see National Parks in the area. The first morning we went to Snowbird to have breakfast and to ride the gondola to the top of the ski area. The photos below show some of the views from the top of the mountain.

Later that day, we hiked to the Delicate Arch and marveled at the arch and the deep bowel it's perched on the side of.

We later made it to Bryce to see the views...

Next we needed to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon to stare into the depths of the very deep valley with amazement.

On the way back to Salt Lake City, we stopped at Bridal Veil Falls.

This 4 day weekend trip was quick but full of sights.
