Sculpt 3D and Sculpt-Animate 4D were early (1987) Amiga 3D programs written by Eric Graham and distributed by Byte By Byte Corporation. For a look at what Sculpt was capable of, take a look at this interesting page. Sadly, development stopped and the product is no longer available. But you can get a feel for what it was like by checking out a clone of the interface, available here.
The polygon grouping option will attempt to define a sane set of Aladdin polygon groups based on attributes of the objects. Note that this option is extremely slow. You may want to allow it to run overnight for larger .scene files.

To use the plugin with your installation of Aladdin 4D, put the downloaded file into
the tools directory of your Aladdin 4D installation, and restart Aladdin 4D. s3d2a4d
should now show up in your tools window.
