So you're wondering, "Who could have created such a lame site?"... Cripes, I hope you're not wondering that! Anyway, I'll tell you!

My name is Don (like you didn't already know that!), I'm 22 years old, and I'm from Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Coon Rapids is a suburb just about 15 minutes north of Minneapolis. I'm the youngest of 3 children. I have a brother and a sister, who are both now married and have kids. I'm not married yet, but I do have a totally awesome girlfriend who loves me very much and to whom I give all my love and would give the world if I could. Her name is Becky and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life! I never would have thought it was possible to love a person as much as I love her.

I've lived here in Coon Rapids all my life and I graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1997. While in high school, I was a Technology student assistant for Shirley Michealson. I helped run a computer lab, assisted students and teachers with computer-related problems, and performed minor repairs. Shirley was more to me than just a teacher I helped out. She was a great mentor and definitely had a positive impact on my life. We've remained friends to this day.

Since I graduated, I've been employed for the last 4 years by Kottkes' Bus Service, Inc. as a school bus driver (don't laugh; there's good money to be had!). In the summer when school's not in session, I've been employed by Stipe Shows, Inc. I started working for Stipe Shows even before I was out of high school, so I've been with them for about 7 years. I also work a second part-time job with Ryder Transportation Services as a transfer driver.

When I'm not working or with my girlfriend, I usually play around on my computer. I also like to drive my truck (sometimes long distances), work on my model railroad, play pool (billiards), play darts, go to carnivals, watch TV and movies, and definitely listen to country music! I also occasionally listen to classic rock or oldies (if none of the 5 country stations here are playing anything good!). In the winter I usually hibernate in the house, but I do like to occasionally go sledding or drive my truck around in the snow!

So I mentioned that I spend a lot of time on my computer. It is a Power Macintosh 6500/250. I also scripted this entire website by hand (I don't like HTML editors). I like making/downloading/listening to MP3's. Among all the high-tech fancy computer games I have, I usually still just play Tetris! But I still sometimes like a good game of Wolfenstein...
