Glock 19 - 9mm Semiautomatic Pistol

The Glock 19 compact is the most size efficent combat handgun of the times. It is small, lightweight and holds 15+1 rounds of 9mm (9x19). The model 19 was introduced in 1988 - 3 years after the Glock 17. It may have been intended primarly to be a police backup or off duty weapon. Many people with small hands choose this gun as their primary weapon.
