Lots of states have as their state flag the state seal on a field of blue. What, no imagination?

The Old Flag

Dull, dull, deadly dull. Mind-numbing.
A little gold fringe to liven it up. Sad.
Now, My flag is something you could follow into battle against the forces of evil, the powers of darkness
and infidels from Wisconsin.
