CQue Patch

This CQue Patch fixes a bug in cque.c that prevents Room #0 from queueing commands.

The gist of the problem is that cque.c compares against the constant 0 instead of using the Good_obj() function. Thus dbref #0 seen as an invalid object and its commands are not enqueued.

This patch corrects six spots in cque.c by calling Good_obj() where apropriate and checking for a new constant.

The idea for this patch came from the Tinymush 2.2.4U1 sources and from Andrew Molitor, who corrected it on CrystalMUSH some time ago.
