FAQ-O-Matic : Windows-specific : When I launch the JB5 installer (or just insert the auto-play CDRom), I get the following dialog: "javaw.exe - Application Error, The instruction at "0x5007268e" referenced memory at "0x0004a8b8". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program. Click on cancel to debug the program" - my operating system is win 2000 professional
	This error is similar to the one triggered by Nortan Anti-Virus. Try disabling NAV (or even uninstalling it, it tends to leave services running even when you tell it to sleep.) 2001-Nov-20 7:42am sachu22@hotmail.com, gyles19@visi.com
