(Answer) (Category) FAQ-O-Matic : (Category) General : (Category) OpenTools : (Category) Writing OpenTools with OTAPI :
How do I control the order in which my OT is loaded?
If you want your OpenTool loaded first, before any of JBuilder's own stuff, use a config file in jbuilder/lib/ext.

MyTool.config:

  addpath /path/to/MyTool/classes

The 'addpath' directive prepends the specified path to the CLASSPATH variable.

If you want your OpenTool loaded last, place its jar file (or a link to it) in lib/ext. Jars are automatically discovered and appended to the CLASSPATH variable.
