(Answer) (Category) FAQ-O-Matic : (Category) General : (Category) IDE/Editor :
I want to create a project/class without using any of the wizards. How do I do this?
Start with a fresh, empty project.

To create a new file without using a wizard:

  File | Open
  Browse into your source tree
  Provide a filename
  Type something, save.

To add this new file to your project:
  File | Add
Browse into your source tree and find the file you just saved
  Select the file, press ok.
