I am not receiving the deprecation warnings I expected. The "show deprecation warnings" setting is enabled.
If the API involved is part of the project being compiled, other classes in that project which used the deprecated bits will NOT issue warnings.

This is by design, so that one can maintain software containing deprecation without getting spammed by the warnings.

Other projects which use this via a defined library will behave as you expect. Their uses of the deprecated items will generate warnings when they are compiled.
