How is JDeveloper related to JBuilder?
Maiko A. Rocha writes on May 8, 2001:

The current release (which is 70% java code) is windows NT/2000 only. The next major release of JDeveloper (completely rewritten) will be 100% java, and portable to other OSes (Linux,Solaris, etc.). Since JDev 2.0 there's nothing linking JDev and JBuilder anymore.
